Job DescriptionBetter Days is looking for an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day running of the team.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a confident communicator, comfortable with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and able to juggle multiple priorities with discretion and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing calendars and scheduling meetings
- Handling correspondence and phone enquiries
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Preparing documents and reports, ordering supplies, and
- Providing general support to staff and leadership.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative, office support, customer service, or receptionist experience is advantageous.
- Good standard of education, including English and Mathematics (or equivalent).
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in healthcare, allied health, or a similar service-based environment is beneficial but not essential.
