Position Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys variety in their day. If you’re organized, communicative, and ready to wear multiple hats, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Order products for customer projects, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
  • Create and process bills for Accounts Payable in QuickBooks
  • Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent customer service
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records
  • Assist with receiving shipments, verifying orders, and organizing incoming products
  • Maintain digital filing systems and some physical filing to ensure documents are properly organized and accessible
  • Manage and update spreadsheets to track projects and office needs
  • Manage office supplies, including monitoring inventory, placing orders, and running to the store as needed
  • Assist the Office Manager and company leadership with various administrative tasks
  • Handle general office duties with a positive, proactive attitude
