Job Overview:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our senior team, providing virtual assistance and serving as a backup to other Executive Assistants. Your expertise will ensure seamless day-to-day operations, allowing our team to focus on driving innovation in the biopharma industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative support to managers, supervisors, and staff
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Manage phone calls, messages, and emails for supervisors and staff
- Process administrative paperwork, including employment requisitions and expense vouchers
- Review and process departmental paperwork, such as purchase requisitions and statistical reports
- Ensure adequate office supplies and basic maintenance of office equipment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of administrative support experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills for managing vendor and employee relationships
- Reliable, responsible attitude and compassionate approach
- Commitment to quality in all aspects of work

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Full-time and part-time positions available
Pay:
- $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
- Expected hours: minimum 40 per week
- Location: Remote
