Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong typing, data entry, and 10-key skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism in communication
- Comfortable handling phones, including multi-line systems
- Ability to sit for extended periods and work on a computer daily
- Professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information
- Greet visitors and provide excellent front-desk customer service
- Answer, screen, and route phone calls; take messages and manage communications
- Maintain calendars and assist with scheduling
- Enter and process timesheets and assist with basic data entry
- Prepare reports and documentation for internal teams
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, tracking, and related paperwork
- Support purchasing by placing orders, tracking deliveries, and following up with vendors
- Perform general office support tasks including filing, labeling, mail distribution, and maintaining supplies
- Assist with job setup updates and internal notices
- Help coordinate travel arrangements and packets
- Provide occasional pickup/delivery of materials
- Monday – Friday
- 7:30 AM – 4:15 PM
- Includes a 45-minute lunch and two paid 10-minute breaks
- On-site position (not remote)
- Starting at $20.00 per hour
