About the Job:

The Administrative Assistant is viewed as their leader’s right hand and drives impact across the Taco Bell business through administrative work, such as coordinating daily meeting schedules and managing demanding calendars, travel coordination, and submission of expenses for three senior leaders. The ideal candidate loves to take on any challenge and views balancing changing priorities as an opportunity.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Schedule meetings and continuously track calendars, anticipating needs before they are necessary
  • Coordinate travel itineraries, manage expense reports, and order supplies, services and equipment as needed
  • Prepare documents, presentations and spreadsheets utilizing Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Manage and track department budget and project spending
  • Support and set-up for on-and-off-site meetings, organize large meetings, and help with events.
  • Assist with onboarding of contractors and full-time employees joining your team
  • Coordinate team celebrations to promote company culture and boost morale (e.g. birthdays, anniversaries, team events, quarterly department All Hands meetings, new hire welcome, etc)
  • Interact with senior leadership and collaborate with other administrative assistants at Taco Bell as well as other Brands
  • Support with ad hoc projects as necessary

Is This You?

  • Minimum of 3+ years of progressive administrative experience with at least 3+ years supporting multiple Sr. Executive Team members, ideally in a large organization.
  • Previous work experience in a PMO office for a large enterprise preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Advanced computer skills in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong calendaring experience, preferably dealing with complex meeting scheduling and shifting priorities
  • Ability to prioritize work, demonstrate problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and managing multiple streams of information
  • Ability to anticipate team needs and come up with creative solutions
  • Flexibility to evolve as business needs change in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range: ­­$28.99 to $37.50 hourly + bonus eligibility + benefits
