Who are you?

You’re organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. At C&N, we’re seeking an Administrative Assistant II to provide administrative support to our Credit Department while also assisting members of our Executive Leadership Team. 

In this role, you’ll help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly by coordinating schedules, preparing documents and reports, managing communications, and supporting special projects. You will be responsible for:

  1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Credit Department and Executive Leadership Team by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and coordinating daily activities.

  2. Meeting & Project Coordination: Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and materials, track action items, and assist with department and organizational projects.

  3. Documentation & Record Management: Maintain accurate files, reports, spreadsheets, and internal documentation while ensuring information is organized and readily accessible.

  4. Communication & Executive Support: Draft correspondence, respond to inquiries, coordinate travel arrangements, and serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

  5. Department Operations: Assist with presentations, reports, office supply management, and other administrative initiatives that support efficient department operations.

Requirements:

Education & Experience – You will need a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) AND 2–4 years of administrative, clerical, or office support experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. 

Skills – You should possess well-developed abilities and a proven track record in the following areas:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Multitasking and time management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to support multiple priorities and deadlines
