Fixpoint is hiring Executive Assistants for a research project at a leading AI company. You will use your expertise to explain the challenges and skillsets of your job, explain what excellence looks like in your profession, and design questions related to your occupation as an Executive Assistant.
You're a good fit if you have experience with:
- Managing executive schedules and making travel arrangements
- Preparing reports, memos, and financial statements using office software
- Coordinating office services, budget preparation, and departmental finances
- Conducting research and preparing papers for executives and boards
or have similar experience.
RequirementsMust-have qualifications
- Have 5+ years full-time work experience in Administrative and Support Services.
- Native-level English skills
- U.S. residency
- Access to a laptop or desktop computer and reliable internet.
- Availability for at least 10 hours per week during the 3- to 4-week engagement (work is fully asynchronous and on your own schedule).
- Experience coordinating travel arrangements and meeting logistics
- Knowledge of budget preparation and departmental finance management
- Background in training or supervising clerical staff

- You will be classified as 1099 independent-contractor status; engagement is at-will.
