Provide general administrative support to managers including scheduling, correspondence, filing, PO generation, accounts payable, shipment processing, visitor and new-hire orientation support, maintaining office supplies and records, and other office/plant administrative tasks as assigned.

- Performs all duties in a safe and legal manner, being responsible for yourself and the employees around you.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Prepare correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Order office supplies and maintain adequate inventory supply levels.
- Provide general support to visitors and their annual orientation training.
- Generate PO’s for managers as requested.
- Generate daily delivery tickets for outgoing deliveries.
- Assist HR department with new hire orientation training.
- Process accounts payable in a timely manner.
- Run plant errands to post office and office supply stores.
- Coordinates and maintains records for office staff space, phones, company credit cards and office keys.
- Prepare and distribute order documentation.
- Responsible for incoming and outgoing office shipments.
- Responsible for maintaining DSMT’s if applicable.
- Process raw material receipts and invoices.
- Responsible for processing driver and plant payroll if applicable.
- Responsible for vacation calendar and attendance calendar if applicable.
- Responsible for maintaining DOT files if applicable.
- Check return delivery tickets for accuracy and post into AX system.
- Performs other duties as deemed necessary by the company.
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Proven administrative experience
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
