The Administrative and Accounting Associate will provide administrative, clerical, and basic accounting
support to ensure the efficient operation of the office and financial processes of the company. This role
requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle both administrative
coordination and financial documentation. The position will support office operations, recruitment
activities, employee coordination, and assist the accounting team with financial records, reporting, and
documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and administrative inventories.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and assist visitors.
- Handle filing, documentation, scanning, and record organization.
- Coordinate food deliveries, office meals, and office purchases.
- Arrange travel and logistics for management when required.
- Maintain professional communication via phone, email, and internal channels.
- Assist in monitoring office maintenance and coordinating repairs.
Accounting Support
- Assist in maintaining financial records and accounting documentation.
- Maintain manual books of accounts in accordance with accounting and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in processing reimbursements, petty cash, and expense reports.
- Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, and billing records.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable monitoring.
- Maintain organized files of financial documents for audit and compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in administrative or accounting support roles (fresh graduates may also apply).
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
