Torch Technologies is seeking an Administrative Analyst to join our team and support Joint Interagency Task Force 401 (JIATF-401). This role provides executive-level administrative, office management, and human resources support in support of counter-sUAS mission operations and organizational activities.

As an Administrative Analyst, your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:

  • Provide senior executive-level secretarial, administrative, and human resources support to JIATF-401 personnel and leadership

  • Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and office activities using Microsoft Outlook and other office tools

  • Handle sensitive and classified information in accordance with established security procedures

  • Prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, forms, statistical tables, and other documentation using Microsoft Office applications

  • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure efficient office and mission execution activities

  • Coordinate with government personnel, internal teams, and external stakeholders to support organizational requirements

  • Advise personnel on communication style, formatting, syntax, and document quality to improve overall effectiveness of written communications

  • Assist with training and mentoring lower-level administrative support personnel as needed

Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • 5+ years of relevant administrative support experience

  • Active Secret security clearance required (must be able to maintain)

  • Experience supporting executive-level administrative and office operations activities

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience working in DoD or federal government environments

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Defense Travel System (DTS)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or additional administrative certifications preferred

  • Experience supporting DoD or Federal programs

  • Familiarity with SharePoint and collaboration tools

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and government stakeholders

  • Strong technical documentation, briefing, and reporting experience

  • Familiarity with administrative operations supporting defense or mission-focused organizations
