Torch Technologies is seeking an Administrative Analyst to join our team and support Joint Interagency Task Force 401 (JIATF-401). This role provides executive-level administrative, office management, and human resources support in support of counter-sUAS mission operations and organizational activities.
As an Administrative Analyst, your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:
Provide senior executive-level secretarial, administrative, and human resources support to JIATF-401 personnel and leadership
Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and office activities using Microsoft Outlook and other office tools
Handle sensitive and classified information in accordance with established security procedures
Prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, forms, statistical tables, and other documentation using Microsoft Office applications
Provide administrative and operational support to ensure efficient office and mission execution activities
Coordinate with government personnel, internal teams, and external stakeholders to support organizational requirements
Advise personnel on communication style, formatting, syntax, and document quality to improve overall effectiveness of written communications
Assist with training and mentoring lower-level administrative support personnel as needed
Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
5+ years of relevant administrative support experience
Active Secret security clearance required (must be able to maintain)
Experience supporting executive-level administrative and office operations activities
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in DoD or federal government environments
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Defense Travel System (DTS)
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or additional administrative certifications preferred
Experience supporting DoD or Federal programs
Familiarity with SharePoint and collaboration tools
Experience working with cross-functional teams and government stakeholders
Strong technical documentation, briefing, and reporting experience
Familiarity with administrative operations supporting defense or mission-focused organizations
