Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide variety of administrative support duties for Huawei Turkey office, such as: administration procurement and suppliers management.
- Sourcing and qualifying potential suppliers, setting up supplier resource pool.
- Negotiating and signing contract with suppliers to maximize company's benefit.
- Organizing regular communication with suppliers, establishing good business relationships.
- Budget and expenses control.
- Collecting cost information in the market and building cost benchmark.
- Creating long-term procurement strategies and achieve the cost savings targets.
- Risk evaluation, develop and implement risk prevention and mitigation plan, insure the continuity of service from supplier.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or higher (Business Management would be beneficial).
- Min. 5 -10 years of working experience preferably in administration procurement, in large scale international organization, for excellent person or Fresh graduates, this one is negotiable.
- Very good command of spoken and written English ,Knowledge of Chinese language will be a plus.
- Experience in performing a wide variety of administration procurement and suppliers management.
- Experience in organizing regular communication with suppliers, establishing good business relationships with suppliers.
- Ability to cooperate smoothly with other team members.
- Suppliers’ performance management skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-disciplined and well organized; good organization of others’ work and his own work.
