Key Responsibilities

  • Providing professional administrative support to managers and operational teams
  • Managing incoming enquiries, correspondence and document flow
  • Assisting with data entry, reporting and record management
  • Coordinating calendars, meetings and office requirements
  • Preparing documents, spreadsheets and basic presentations
  • Maintaining organised filing systems and supporting compliance processes
  • Upholding Heidelberg Materials’ safety and operational standards

  • Experience in administration or office support
  • Strong communication skills and a polished, professional manner
  • High attention to detail with excellent organisational ability
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and general office systems
  • Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
