The Role
Bring energy, care and excellence to our fantastic VIC Administration Team
As our Administration Assistant, you’ll be part of our highly respected team and will be responsible for supporting all facets of our business, from logistics to assisting our Sales Team. This is a highly autonomous role that reports to Administration Manager. You will be integral in championing the daily operations of our administration function, working closely with our frontline operations team to successfully deliver outcomes and targets. You’ll deliver this through:
● Assisting with the day-to-day VIC operations function, which includes processing of daily battery orders, monitoring team shared --inboxes, outbound calling to customers, and creation of purchase orders in the system.
● Daily sales reporting and processing of paperwork
● Reception duties as required, including management of incoming calls and greeting customers.
● Championing the administration of our MasterFit data base, ensuring new users are set up accordingly
● Administration procedures – ensure that all procedures are followed and support new staff in training in these areas support continual growth.
● Assisting the management team with general administration support, including but not limited to scanning, filing, banking, replenishment of stationery/supplies
● Ensure that OH&S legislation is always strictly adhered to, supporting the Administration Manager by participating in internal audits as required
● Management of fleet and traffic infringements
