About the role:

Are you a people person who loves creating exceptional first impressions and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes?

We're looking for a motivated and professional Administration Assistant/Receptionist to join our friendly Narrogin team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career in a supportive and collaborative environment where no two days are the same.

As the face of our office, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding client experiences while supporting a busy and successful professional services team. Whether you're welcoming clients, coordinating onboarding processes, or providing administrative support, you'll be an integral part of our business and culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide front-of-house reception services and greet clients in a professional, friendly manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, maintain rooms, and assist with IT setup
  • Organise refreshments for clients and assist with catering for meetings and events
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain reception services and ensure communal areas are tidy and well presented
  • Provide general administrative support to the team including and not limited to filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
  • Coordinate client onboarding processes
  • Set up new clients in our practice management systems (MYOB, CRM, XPM, CAS360 or similar), and other relevant portals.

  • Confident written and verbal communicator
  • Excellent organisational skills with a high level of ownership and accountability.

Desirable

  • 6-12 months experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
