As an Admin Support - Wireline Services , you will be responsible for:
Supporting planning and forecasting processes by maintaining accurate schedules and forecasts
Assisting in billing and invoicing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and customer requirements
Maintaining administrative control of job records, reports and documentation, customer-related data
Providing coordination support between service delivery teams, finance and billing teams, customers and external stakeholders
Tracking and reporting key operational metrics (planning accuracy, billing status, backlog tracking)
Ensuring timely communication and follow-up on operational and customer requests

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a minimum of 0-3 years of experience in administrative support and coordination
Have experience in oil & gas / industrial services environment (added advantage)
Have good knowledge of customer service principles with ability to handle internal/external stakeholders professionally
Have SAP experience (preferred)
Be proficient in Microsoft Office
Be familiar with reporting dashboards (Power BI / Excel advanced functions - preferred)
Have strong written and verbal communication skills
Have high attention to detail and accuracy, and be able to work under pressure
Be team-oriented with a strong coordination mindset
