Total Safety is looking for a Timekeeper/Business Admin to join their safety conscious team! The Timekeeper/Business Admin handles all aspects of client billing, working closely with project managers, clients, and the billing team.

Essential Duties:
- Upload time and cost data adjustments to client and project records.
- Produce and distribute pro forma invoices to project managers.
- Process billing instructions and prepare final invoices for clients, including authorized transfers and write-offs.
- Work closely with account managers to provide clients with accurate and timely information.
- Generate reports/spreadsheets for project managers related to billing and accounting activity. Includes monthly billability report, project billing history, time, and cost detail.
- Provide follow-up to project managers and/ or clients regarding aged accounts receivable.
- Research and answer questions directed to the group's shared inbox.
- Validate cash application entries; research discrepancies; provide accounting strings when requested.
- Coordinate and communicate with Asset Management and Accounting departments as directed.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of four (4) years of billing experience or an equivalent education and experience combination.
- Experience in a distribution and/or industrial rental environment preferred.
- Inventory control experience preferred.
Working Environment:
This position is in an office work environment 100% of the time.
Educational Requirements:
- Associate degree or two (2) years of college credits from an accredited college or university.
