Job Description
BAE Systems is looking for a new team member to help support the Jacksonville, FL office location. We're looking for someone with a great customer service mindset, excellent organizational skills and who comes to work with a positive attitude ready to take on the day-to-day requirements.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Some of the core responsibilities include:

• Updating excel spreadsheets.
• Sending out bid quotes to internal customers.
• Generating Procurement Request for parts and materials.
• Updating inventory list for equipment, parts, and government furnished materials.
• Ordering office/shop supplies and services.
• Coordinating office deliveries or pick-ups.
• Processing pre-packaged outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy, completeness, on time delivery, accountability and the condition of the shipments meet Core Responsibilities.
• Acting as an on-site point of contact for end users regarding shipping and receiving support.
• Escorting delivery personnel and special equipment when necessary.
• Records management and upkeep of all projects.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and merchandizers.
• Prior knowledge and experience with Oracle and Citrix.
• Ability to multi-task and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Experience with operating Coupa
• Ability to communicate and navigate Teams

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Skill Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in Customer Service
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Data Entry
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Time Management
• Attention to detail.
• Proficient in Oracle Business Suites
• Proficient in Citrix Workspace
• Proficient in Outlook
• Advanced Clerical skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $44033 - $70454
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
