ResponsibilitiesMain responsibilities:1. Support various administrative payments to maintain the normal operation of the Shanghai office and laboratory;2. Purchase and manage office supplies, safety supplies, and meeting supplies for the office;3. Receive various visitors, enhance the company's image, and maintain office safety;4. Answer phone calls at the front desk, record useful information, and provide it to the sales team;5. Support recruitment and labor relations work in the Shanghai area;6. Support various activities in Shanghai;7. Other tasks assigned by superiors;
QualificationsJob requirements:1. Undergraduate sophomore or junior students, majoring in administrative management, human resource management, English, or related fields;2. CET6, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing;3. Familiar with the operation of Office software;4. Have good communication and collaboration skills;5. Be able to be physically present at work for more than 3 days per week and intern for a continuous period of 5 months or more;
