This role will be an essential part of our team responsible for delivering managed services to support the operational efficiency and smooth functioning of our e-learning platform. This role will involve responding promptly to administrative requests and providing timely assistance to ensure seamless user experiences. 

Please note, this role involves working in US timezones.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • User Management: Process user registration requests, manage user accounts, and assist users with account-related inquiries, including password resets and profile updates. 
  • Content Management: Support the upload, organization, and maintenance of course content on the e-learning platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness. 
  • Data Entry and Maintenance: Accurately enter and update data in the platform's backend systems, including user records, course information, and performance metrics. 
  • Communication and Coordination: Liaise with internal stakeholders, including instructors, content creators, and technical teams, to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration in delivering administrative services. 
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular checks and audits to ensure data integrity, platform functionality, and adherence to quality standards. 
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of administrative processes, best practices, and troubleshooting procedures to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team. 
  • Ad hoc Tasks: Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned by team leads or managers to support the overall objectives of the Admin-on-Demand team. 

Qualifications: 

  • Previous experience in an administrative support role, preferably in an educational or technology-related environment. 
  • Previous experience using Service Cloud or similar software and familiarity with working in a queue. Working in an LMS specifically, is a huge plus.  
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and administrative tasks. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with users and colleagues. 
  • Proficiency in using e-learning platforms and familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritise tasks based on urgency and importance. 
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive user experience for all platform users.
