Who we need

As an Ad Operations Manager for JustWatch the Entertainment Guide, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns on the publisher side. You combine a strong analytical mindset with hands-on campaign execution and a high attention to detail.

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns run smoothly and deliver strong performance. In this role, you will set high standards for campaign optimization using our targeting solutions and industry insights for an informed approach to campaign execution.

What you will be doing

  • Independently set up, monitor and troubleshoot digital video advertising campaigns using our custom-built internal tools 

  • Identify and implement optimization opportunities to improve campaign performance 

  • Identify trends in our data to support effective strategies that create value for our clients  

  • Own reporting and deliver actionable insights that go beyond graph descriptions  

  • Manage pixel implementations and coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate tracking

  • Create offers and media plans applying yield optimization techniques to ensure quality deliverables. 

  • Communicate with external partners including film studios, streaming providers, and media agencies to ensure a smooth campaign execution.

What we need from you

  • Passion for film and TV!

  • 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, ad operations, or campaign management

  • Experience with paid social platforms (e.g. Meta, TikTok)

  • Familiarity with CM360 is a plus

  • General understanding of tracking, brand safety, and pixel integration.

  • Experience in an agency or publisher environment is a plus

  • A proactive attitude, self-confidence, and decisiveness, especially in high-pressure situations.

  • The ability to work independently, quickly adapt to new challenges, and drive results.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, proficiency in additional languages is considered a plus.
