At Axes In Motion we develop and publish F2P mobile games from our office in Seville. Our games have been downloaded more than 400 million times all over the world, with a focus on open world driving simulators. We are currently expanding our talented and passionate team with the addition of a Ad Monetization Manager.
We are looking for an analytical and communicative profile with knowledge of data management and business-focused analysis skills to carry out the optimization of advertising monetization systems at Axes In Motion.
What will you do?
- Setting up and optimizing ad monetization for our games through mediation.
- Benchmark the market and networks to provide new collaborations.
- Engaging with advertisers Account Manager to understand and align our collaboration strategy.
- Ability to define, measure and conclude AB Tests.
- Actively participate in the F2P industry, keep up to date with mobile games news and participate in forums and events.
- Communicate the results of research and developments in advertising.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the ad monetization ecosystem
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Experience with advertising platforms and ad networks used in the gaming industry (Admob, MAX, Levelplay…).
- Good communication and negotiation skills to collaborate with external partners
- Proven analytical competencies, data-oriented and comfortable with presenting data
- Excellent English communication proficiency.
