Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience assisting military service members and their families with community service information and referrals.
- Proficient in English, equivalent to Level 3 language proficiency.
- Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet, and Outlook.
- Demonstrated customer service experience, with a focus on professionalism, courtesy, and the ability to handle a variety of client needs in a busy environment.
Duties:
- Provide information and referrals to ACS staff and community services.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of community and local resources.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on ACS and DFMWR programs.
- Handle record-keeping, filing, and administrative support.
- Manage office automation tasks (copier, scanner, fax).
- Support in-processing and out-processing of military members and their families.
- Follow up with customers and refer them to relevant programs.
- Ensure ACS information and flyers are current and displayed.
- Input client data and statistics into the Client Tracking System (CTS) daily.
- Manage Lending Closet (LC) items: prepare requests, issue/receive items, and organize according to SOP.
