What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities):
Participate in program and product Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), providing subject matter expertise and recommendations.
Review and maintain documentation recording IPT actions, decisions, and events for each product's Integrated Master Schedule; support Integration Team Working Group and morning stand-up meetings.
Analyze information presented and recommend changes, additions, and comments on courses of action affecting MAGTF C2 programs.
Build and maintain the MAGTF C2 Action Item and Milestone tracking system, obtain weekly action item status, and brief that status to the IPTs.
Support development of communications strategies and business plans that keep portfolio initiatives aligned to strategic themes.
What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements):
Demonstrated history of delivering program support or analysis in a DoD environment — 4 years' relevant experience per the Staffing Matrix.
Bachelor's degree.
Active DoD Secret clearance with ADP-II/IT-2 (T-3) eligibility.
Accurate, fast note-taking and action-item tracking discipline.
Ideally, You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):
Exposure to Agile or SAFe working environments.
Experience with JIRA, Microsoft Project, or an action-tracking database.
Interest in pursuing Defense Acquisition Workforce certification.
Curious, organized, and unbothered by a room full of acronyms.
