As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a proactive and passionate professional to join our team in a key role focused on identifying and acquiring mobile games. This role requires balancing long-term acquisition goals with the day-to-day tasks of scouting and negotiating new opportunities, all with precision and creativity.

What you will do:

  • Game Identification: Identify promising mobile games and developers that align with the company’s growth strategy.
  • Game Evaluation: Evaluate games based on market trends, target audience, monetization potential, and quality benchmarks.
  • Negotiation: Lead negotiations to acquire games, securing favorable terms for acquisition agreements and finalizing contracts in collaboration with the legal team.
  • Partnership Development: Build and nurture relationships with game studios, independent developers, and gaming platforms.
  • Networking: Represent the company at gaming conferences, industry events, and networking opportunities to source new acquisition leads.
  • Market Research:Perform competitor analysis to understand market gaps and opportunities for portfolio diversification.

Who you are:

  • Proven 3+ yrs of experience in business development, game acquisition, or a related role, preferably within the mobile gaming or entertainment industry.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with developers and studios.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze game data, competitor insights, audience engagement, and quality benchmarks to make data-driven decisions.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
