Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned aging report
- Account reconciliation
- Credit approvals
- Effectively communicate by phone and/or email with our customer base and internal departments who’s quick responses for their jobs depend on our quick responses to them.
- Assist in resolving customer billing issues
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of accounting/ accounts receivable experience a plus
- Ability to work in a very fast paced and high volume environment
- Ability to multitask
- Good judgement
- Independent worker
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic math and analytical skills
- Individual must be well organized and detail oriented to produce high degree of accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel is a plus
