- Contacts residential/commercial customers by phone to resolve any AR issues.
- Explains options and works with customers to resolve past due amounts.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of commercial collection experience.
- 1+ years of 1st party collection experience preferred.
- Basic Excel spreadsheet skills required.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to identify issues and act independently to resolve them.
- Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
