Role – Accounts Receivable Executive
Job Location – Mumbai
YOE - 2-4 years experience in Accounts receivable function
Skills - Experience in spreadsheets; Ability to automate repetitive tasks
Responsibilities:
Review customer contracts for respective segment deals and create customer contracts in ERP.
Maintain contract rates for T&M projects, various revenue and billing schedules in ERP .
Handle invoicing / billing for various T&M, monthly fixed billing and Fixed price milestone based contracts.
Keep a track of unbilled revenues and work closely with Segment Delivery teams, PMO and Business Finance SPOCs for invoicing.
Review invoices for accuracy in terms of contract terms, taxation etc. and ensure correct cash application for collections.
Keep a track of accounts receivable and follow up with the customers and project teams to ensure on time collections.
Prepare various AR / UR ageing and DSO reports, short term collection forecast etc.
Maintain customer master in ERP.
Support in statutory audits, due diligences, internal audits, RFP process etc.
