Reporting to the Manager of Credit & Collections (Americas), you will be responsible for delivering the current Collections processes.
The role is part of Global Finance Services and will drive a data-led mindset across the Accounts Receivable team to drive accurate, efficient, and scalable services in this key customer-focused team.
What You'll Do

Accountable for accurate, complete, and timely collection of cash, meeting or exceeding targets set.

Ensure customer accounts are up to date and all credits processed in a timely manner.

Provide inputs into Bad Debt Provisions.

Own the maintenance of customer master data records.

Maintenance of Get Paid system integrity.

Responsible to ensure investigations of customer disputes are triaged and actioned on a timely and appropriate basis.

Responsible for reviewing and reconciling customer accounts as needed in collaboration with Billing Analyst

Record timely, accurate and concise collection notes in the collection system reflecting collection efforts.

Accountable for the accurate, complete, and timely credit assessment of customers in line with policy.

Maintenance and execution of the current credit policy, with periodic reviews of the policy to stay current.

Pro-actively advises on credit assessment changes (e.g., if a country becomes riskier, or if a customer mergers with another customer)

Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure customers on credit hold are appropriately reviewed.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or another related field is preferred. Other related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements.

Minimum 3 years in a similar role across any industry (preferably in a gaming or manufacturing industry).

Strong stakeholder engagement skills to engage key and difficult stakeholders.

Adaptable to prioritize and schedule competing requirements to deliver successful outcomes for a team.

Able to demonstrably motivate a team.

Technology savvy with understanding of an ERP system (preferably MS Dynamics suite)

Excellent communication skills with ability to present, write and influence all levels of staff and management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Detailed orientated and can meet tight deadlines.

Detailed understanding of the importance of robust control environment
