Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounts receivable functions for residential and commercial properties
- Process rent payments, post transactions, and reconcile accounts
- Monitor delinquencies in line with company policies
- Prepare monthly AR reports and assist with financial audits
- Ensure compliance with state, local, and internal financial regulations
- 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in property management or real estate
- Proficiency with property management software (AppFolio preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus
