The Accounting Analyst will be responsible for a detailed analysis of Accounts Receivable, Billing as well as other financial data.
Responsibilities:
We are looking for a person with strong analytical skills to help us with the company’s Accounts Receivable. The Accounts Receivable and the invoices have to be analyzed on a day-to-day basis, and the payments received are applied accordingly. This is not a simple accounts receivable position.
This role involves extensive billing analysis and research of hundreds of invoices. The invoicing is based on contracts, hence previous experience with contracts is a big plus as well as experience in handling complex billing. Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel is a must.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Compensation between $65K-$70,000 based on qualifications and experience.
