Led by the original co-founder, partnered with private equity, and powered by seasoned leaders across a global workforce with an eye toward innovation, Bullhorn has had year over year growth, making it the market leader in the recruitment software space while allowing for new opportunities for over 29% of our employees to advance their careers in the past 12 months.

We are a remote-first organization and over 38% of our employees reside outside the United States. Headquartered in Boston, we also have offices in London, Brighton, Rotterdam, Frankfurt and Sydney (just in case you’re in the area to stop by). Whether you’re local or remote, our vision is to ensure every employee has a sense of belonging, a voice that is heard, and a clear path for success. Your incredible experience as an employee will consist of flexible work hours to ensure a positive work-life balance and use Zoom, Slack, and other tools to stay connected.

Please note that this role is mainly remote but will require sporadic trips to the Boston office (circa 2-3 per month, sometimes at short notice) so we will only consider applications from candidates within commutable distance to Boston.

As a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist you will work closely with the Accounting team to ensure successful completion of time & expense (T&E) and invoice payments in a timely manner. As part of a team of three, you will provide support and guidance to our two Accounts Payable Specialists to ensure continuity of work across the department.

A typical day might include:

  • Communicate with and resolve queries from both vendors and our internal colleagues

  • Accurately and quickly input data into the system and detect and correct data entry errors at time of data entry.

  • Exercise judgement in evaluating completeness and accuracy of invoices submitted for payment.

  • Provide support with administrative tasks in the Accounting department

  • Ad-hoc projects for A/P and Accounting teams

  • Drive weekly payment runs to ensure all vendors are paid per the terms of the agreements

  • Bi-weekly entry of all T&E for Bullhorn

  • Guide and develop Accounts Payable Specialists

This job might be for you if:

  • A proven track record in Accounts Payable

  • You have strong organizational skills

  • You have excellent customer service skills

  • Thrive on metrics driven goals and results

  • You enjoy creating an incredible experience for customers

Strong culture makes Bullhorn a great place to work! Weekly breakfasts and lunches, monthly social events, annual summer and holiday parties, and volunteering outings all add to Bullhorn’s incredible office culture.

You might be a fit for Bullhorn if:

· You are energetic and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

· You love working in an agile environment and can roll with the punches

· You take ownership of your work and continuously strive for improvement
