Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Summary
The Accounts Payable Specialist is a full-time position in a fast-paced environment responsible for filing, accounts payable entry, check run processing, credit card coding and processing, assist in month end close, and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities/Duties
- Coding and entry of vendor invoices
- Researching payments to vendors
- Responding to vendor inquiries
- Scanning/Filing of accounts payable records
- Processing weekly check runs
- Credit card coding and processing
- Processing monthly rents
- Assisting with timely month-end close
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience in accounts payable and/or currently working on accounting degree
- Excellent verbal and written communications, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1-2 years accounting experience
Physical Requirements
Position requires working at a desk at an office for periods of time up to eight hours.
