We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to ensure the timely payment of company expenses and liabilities. You’ll be working with like-minded peers to continually look for ways to refine and improve our processes. What you’ll do:

Retrieve, code and process a high volume of invoices.
-
Maintain, and utilize invoice retrieval system.
-
Assist with accounting records and ledgers by reconciling monthly statements and transactions.

Research and resolve issues and exceptions.
-
Ensure adherence to company financial policies and procedures.
-
Assist with end-of-month close.
-
Other related duties as assigned.
What you’ll need:
- Must be organized, attentive to detail, and possess a positive, friendly, and professional demeanor.

2+ years A/P work experience preferred.
-
Computer skills including at least intermediate level experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office Software.

Experience with relevant software such as bill.com preferred.
-
Proficient in data entry and management.
-
Demonstrate competence in oral and written communication.

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
-
High school diploma required, Business or Accounting degree preferred.
