**Join Us**
We are seeking a Royalties and General & Administrative expenses Assistant to join our Accounting team of 6 people, reporting directly to our Senior Royalties Manager.
You will run the daily operations. You will also be an actor in Deezer’s projects to improve and strengthen the processes in a constantly evolving environment.
This is a 6-month internship with a start date from September onwards.
What you will do:
Account invoices in both the procurement (Pivot) and accounting (Sage) tools,
Be the representative of Deezer towards suppliers,
Make payment vouchers,
Help in accounting closing tasks (prepaid expenses, unreceived invoices),
Ad hoc missions related to automation and process improvement depending on the motivation of the candidate,
Participate in the improvement of IT tool and internal control.
This role is excellent for a person :
preparing for a Master's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
Must be able to communicate effectively in both French and English,
Experienced in Sage or other accounting tool is a plus,
Excel proficiency is a plus,
Appetite for IT and process enhancement is a plus,
Teamwork and rigor are keys to success!
