The Accounts Payable Associate will be responsible for all payable’s aspects of the company. The ideal candidate will have experience being responsible for the entire AP process for a company.

Job Duties:

  • Receive, process approvals, and enter all payables invoices into Intacct software in a timely fashion. Accounts Payable Associate will work closely with Controller to reduce expenses and provide effective cost control. Research any discrepancies when needed
  • Prepare weekly payables
  • Reconcile monthly vendor statements
  • Reconcile and post credit card statements, Review accounts weekly (Mastercard) to ensure sufficient credit availability. Coordinate with Controller when payments must be made
  • Process all expense reports. Obtain proper department approval on all incoming payables
  • Track and reconcile fuel inventories at Airport and others as necessary
  • Communicate and correspond with vendors. Resolve any discrepancies and or problems
  • Input within 2 days
  • Pay within terms or better
  • Payables report monthly
Qualifications
  • 3 years+ of comprehensive full-cycle Accounts Payable experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, Access, Outlook
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Sound financial and accounting skills
