Hours: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour, based on experience
Credit Management Services, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate to join our Accounting Department. This position plays an important role in accurately processing invoices and payments, maintaining vendor information, and supporting the day-to-day functions of our Accounting Department.

What You'll DoAs an Accounts Payable Associate, you will:

Process invoices and payments after obtaining required approvals.

Match invoices with receiving documents and purchase orders.

Accurately enter and maintain accounts payable information.

Work with Microsoft Excel and Acumatica; previous experience with Acumatica or similar accounting software is a plus.

Obtain and maintain appropriate vendor tax documentation, including W-9 forms.

Review invoices to ensure appropriate sales and use tax is applied.

Maintain organized and accurate accounts payable records and documentation.

Assist with additional accounting and bookkeeping duties as assigned.

Associate degree in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.

One year of bookkeeping, accounting, accounts payable, or related experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Excellent keyboarding and 10-key data entry skills.

Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
