As an Accounts & Finance executive at SharePal, you will be responsible for preparing monthly income statements, managing purchases, stock updates and running the deposit refund process. The primary responsibilities will include the following:
Handling customer deposit refunds and resolve customer discrepancies
Taking care of daily purchases activity from vendor negotiation to invoicing to purchase
Update inventory stock purchases to the inventory management system
Assist in preparing monthly financial statements like P&L, Cash flow, Balance Sheet etc
Conducting weekly/random audits of inventory across warehouses
Working with tech teams to create applications for process automation
Maintain purchase & expenses records & keep the records up to date
Requirements
0-1 year of experience in finance and/or accounting
B.Com, B.Com (H), CA inter
E-commerce industry preferred
Good communication skills
Willing to work from office at Bangalore location
