Analytics Business Centre (ABC) is a SaaS and technology company building and implementing digital business solutions. We also operate a digital payments gateway, alongside business software, automation, systems implementation and technology services. We're looking for ambitious, recent graduates ready to gain real-world experience in a fast-moving technology business.

The Accounts Assistant Intern will support ABC's finance team with day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciliation and financial record-keeping, gaining hands-on exposure to finance operations within a SaaS and digital payments business.

• Process and record invoices, receipts and expenses
  
• Support bank and mobile money reconciliation
  
• Support payment gateway transaction reconciliation
  
• Track customer payments and outstanding invoices
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  
• Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries
  
• Support subscription and recurring revenue tracking
  
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing
  
• Use accounting software and digital business systems
  

• Recently completed a degree/diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field from a recognised university or tertiary institution
  
• Previous full-time employment is not required; relevant academic projects, internships or volunteering are an advantage
  

• Basic understanding of accounting principles
  
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
  
• Exposure to accounting software (e.g. ZOHO Books, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Sage) is an advantage but not required
  
• General digital literacy and comfort learning new systems
