Job Description Summary:We are looking for an accounting trainee in our Madrid office who will be supporting senior members of the team in the preparation and management of the administrative/tax issues and accountancy of a group companies under management by Vector Renewables.Job Description:- Issued and received invoices registration.
- Preparation and submission of the applicable taxes.
- Banks movements registration (payments, receivables, tax liquidations, loans repayments…).
- Controlling of the deadlines of loans repayments.
- Banks reconciliations.
- Accruing of the projects´ incomes.
- Accruing of the main expenses: Insurance, land lease, depreciation, O&M…).
- Documentation management (physical and digital archive).
- Preparation and deposit of Annual Accounts and official books.
Key Requirements:
- Accounting and tax knowledge of small and medium companies
- Good communication skills
- Be able to meet deadlines with several clients
- Strong Aptitude for math, attention to detail
- Ability to organize their work independently and as part of a team
- English Fluent (C1)
Studies
Economics or Business Administration Degree.
