Responsibilities:
Participate in the implementation of the P2P (Purchase to Pay) project:
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the successful execution of the P2P project.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of purchase-to-pay processes.
Support the Accounting team in reconciling expense reports with the previous provider:
- Assist in reconciling and verifying expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Work closely with the team to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
Provide support to the Accounts Payable and General Ledger teams:
- Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to facilitate smooth payment processes.
- Assist the General Ledger team in maintaining accurate financial records and preparing reports.
Key requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to collaborate and contribute positively within a team environment.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
