We have an opening for an Accounting Intern at our headquarters in Lake Forest.
Responsibilities include:
- Support month end close activities, including journal entry preparation and balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Learn to navigate business-related software programs (Oracle ERP, Oracle ARC).
- Analyze data and processes.
- Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- Communicate project results to management via oral presentations and written reports.
Educational Requirements/Qualifications:
- Must be a currently enrolled college student majoring in Accounting, Finance or other applicable major and completed sophomore year.
- A minimum grade point average of 3.0/ 4.0 is required. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
Abilities/Skills:
- Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- High energy with demonstrated intellectual curiosity.
- Ability to meet assigned deadlines.
- Candidate must display maturity and a high level of professionalism.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Starting salary for position: $25.00 - 30.00 per hour determined by your academic year. per hour.
- Paid Holidays.
- Upon hire, an employee is automatically enrolled in the 401k plan. The plan offers both pre-tax and Roth contribution options along with employer provided matching contributions.
