Accounting Staff - (Contract/Fix Term)

Responsibilities / Tasks

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing process, including journal entries and adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and company policies

• Demonstrate strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Oversee daily finance accounting activities, including general ledger, AR/AP, bank reconciliation and documentation of transactions.
• Support the tax team for timely and accurate tax filing and compliance with Indonesian regulations (PPN, PPh, etc.).

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting
• High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
• Proficiency in financial reporting software and advanced Ms. Excel
• Familiar with SAGE Accpac or SAP system is a plus
• Experience in multinational trading company/engineering company is preferred
• Strong data analysis skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
• English active
• Willing to be placed in Head Office (Puri Indah, Jakarta Barat)
