At Cryptio, we’re merging traditional accounting with the exciting world of digital assets. We’re looking to add an Accounting Solutions Consultant to our team. Someone who’s ready to dive into the complexities of crypto accounting, assist our clients with compliance, and collaborate on product innovations. You’ll be at the forefront of this transformation, helping to shape the future of financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Research & Insights: Keep pace with the fast-changing world of digital asset accounting. You’ll research, analyse, and share insights on regulations and tech developments.

• Document & Educate: Turn complex accounting topics into clear, concise documentation that helps our partners and clients navigate the digital asset space.

• Client Collaboration: Advise accounting firms and corporate clients on their digital asset strategies, offering hands-on guidance in adopting and complying with new standards.

• Product Partnership: Work closely with our product team to ensure that your accounting insights shape our software, making it even more valuable for users.

• Training & Support: Help create and deliver training to accounting partners, ensuring they understand the nuances of digital asset accounting.

• Customer Success: Assist with customer support, offering expert advice and solutions for technical accounting challenges related to digital assets.

• Team Resource: Be a go-to resource on everything digital asset accounting, sharing your knowledge with internal teams to keep us ahead of the curve.

Requirements

You’ve got 2-4 years in accounting, with experience in audit or consulting. You’re great at managing projects and juggling tasks. You might come from a Big 4 or midsize consulting firm—or maybe you’re currently working at a top crypto company.

• A degree in accounting or a related field and 2-4 years of professional experience.

• A passion for crypto, blockchain, and the evolving digital asset landscape.

• Experience in accounting, ideally with exposure to digital assets, and the ability to break down complex financial concepts.

• Strong communication skills with a knack for simplifying complicated ideas for different audiences.

• A collaborative mindset—you’re ready to work across teams and contribute to shared goals.

• A flexible, proactive approach, comfortable balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• CPA preferred, but not a deal-breaker.

The salary for the role is up to $120,000 depending on experience.
