Your Impact as Senior Manager, Accounting
As Senior Manager, Accounting, you’ll be the architect of a seamless month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting that supports business decisions. You’ll oversee finance operations, from accounts payable to corporate credit cards, creating an ecosystem that simplifies workflows and enhances efficiency. By leveraging tools like AI and ERP systems, you’ll build a future-proof finance infrastructure to support Loop’s ambitious growth.
Your other responsibilities:
- Build and lead a high-performing global accounting team that thrives on collaboration and innovation.
- Design a robust financial reporting process to deliver actionable insights for the business.
- Ensure compliance with international statutory and tax regulations, backed by trusted providers.
- Manage treasury functions, including cash flow, banking relationships, and liquidity strategies.
- Drive technology adoption to automate processes and elevate reporting capabilities.
How You’ll Succeed Senior Manager, Accounting

These key competences will set you up for success:
- 15+ years of experience in accounting and finance, with 5+ years in leadership.
- Proven expertise in global accounting operations, statutory reporting, and tax compliance.
- Mastery of IFRS/GAAP and international tax regulations.
- Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP) and a track record of process automation.
- Experience navigating the complexities of rapid scaling and global expansion.
