supervisiona le operazioni contabili quotidiane, garantendo la corretta rendicontazione finanziaria, la conformità ai requisiti normativi e il rispetto delle politiche aziendali. il ruolo prevede la gestione di un team di contabili e la collaborazione con gli altri dipartimenti della divisione per supportare gli obiettivi aziendali.
Requisiti richiesti:
  • laurea, preferibilmente in economia o amministrazione aziendale
  • almeno 5 anni di esperienza in amministrazione e finanza
  • solida conoscenza dei principi contabili gaap/ifrs e delle normative fiscali
  • competenza nell'uso di sistemi erp e avanzate capacità in excel
  • fluente in italiano e inglese (parlato e scritto)

Responsabilità/compiti:
  • rendicontazione finanziaria: preparare e revisionare bilanci mensili, trimestrali e annuali in conformità ai principi gaap/ifrs; garantire la chiusura tempestiva dei conti e la corretta rendicontazione dei risultati finanziari;
  • gestione del libro mastro: supervisionare scritture contabili, riconciliazioni e analisi delle variazioni; mantenere l'integrità del libro mastro e del piano dei conti;
  • conformità e controlli: assicurare la conformità alle leggi fiscali locali, alle politiche aziendali e ai requisiti normativi; implementare e monitorare controlli interni per tutelare gli asset aziendali;
  • leadership del team: supervisionare e supportare il personale contabile, fornendo guida e feedback sulle performance; coordinare il carico di lavoro e garantire il rispetto delle scadenze;
  • miglioramento dei processi: identificare opportunità per ottimizzare i processi contabili e migliorare l'efficienza; supportare iniziative di automazione e miglioramenti dei sistemi erp;
  • audit e rendicontazione esterna: collaborare con i revisori esterni durante gli audit annuali e risolvere eventuali richieste; preparare la documentazione per le dichiarazioni regolamentari e la rendicontazione statutaria;

Scope of position:

the accounting manager oversees the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and adherence to company policies. this role manages a team of accountants and works closely with other departments to support business objectives. the position reports to the senior finance manager.
Required requirements:
  • bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration
  • at least 5 years' experience in administration and finance
  • strong knowledge of gaap/ifrs and tax regulations
  • proficiency in erp systems and advanced excel skills
  • excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • fluent in italian and english (spoken and written)

Responsibilities/activities:
  • financial reporting: prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with gaap/ifrs; ensure timely closing of the books and accurate reporting of financial results;
  • general ledger management: oversee journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis; maintain integrity of the general ledger and chart of accounts;
  • compliance & controls: ensure compliance with local tax laws, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements; implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets;
  • team leadership: supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and performance feedback; coordinate workload and ensure deadlines are met;
  • process improvement: identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency; support automation initiatives and erp system enhancements;
  • audit & external reporting: liaise with external auditors during annual audits and resolve audit queries; prepare documentation for regulatory filings and statutory reporting;
