Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting with CPD.
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting, with at least 3–5 years in leading the team.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication skills with both result and team oriented mindset.
- Strong knowledge of Thai GAAP or IFRS, and local tax regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or google sheet.
Responsibilities:
- Perform month-end closing responsibilities including preparing provide necessary accrual and adjustment journal entries to ensure monthly transactions are correctly recorded in accordance with IFRS standards and Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records and supporting documents in accordance with statutory requirements.
- Performing Account reconciliation and analysis with action plan for long outstanding balance sheet items.
- Intercompany charge out to affiliated.
- Fixed asset management by maintain fixed assets register including monthly depreciation calculations and physical count.
- Review payment vouchers, withholding tax and VAT report reports and ensure timely submissions.
- Responsible for half year and annual corporate income tax calculation and submission and company’s tax refund process.
- Responsible for annual financial statutory financial statement filling.
- BOI report.
- Liaise with external auditors, Revenue Department (RD) and Department of Business Development (DBD).
- Act as the key liaison with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, regulators, and other financial partners.
