Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in accounting principles, have proven experience in an accounting or finance role (5+ years preferred), and demonstrate a strong capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with established standards and guidelines.
- Assist in financial audits, budget monitoring, and bank reconciliations.
- Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Liaise with vendors, accountants, auditors, and management to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Utilize QuickBooks, G Suite, and Microsoft Excel to perform data analysis and reporting.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
- Provide support to the finance team in various projects and accounting tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- CPA designation (MUST)
- 5+ years of proven experience in an accounting or finance position.
- Experience working in an auditing team is an advantage.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, G Suite, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English (full proficiency required).
- Intermediate to Proficient level of Hebrew is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with financial audits, budget monitoring, and bank reconciliations is preferred.
