People who are already struggling with isolation and the burden of these conditions become increasingly frustrated and disengaged, eventually falling through the cracks and landing in the ER. This cycle perpetuates poor health outcomes and excessive medical costs.

Where you’ll see your impact:

As our Accounting Manager, you’ll work with leadership to enable continued scalable growth by overseeing the finance and accounting operations. This role is a mix of FP&A with an emphasis on operational accounting and exposure to strategic finance.

What you’ll be responsible for: 

• Partner with the VP of Finance and external accounting partners to prepare and present overall financial results to the business leaders, leadership team, and external stakeholders

• Oversee all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition

• Help drive change through process and reporting improvements to provide more transparency and visibility into current and future financial results

• Develop and oversee financial planning, budgeting, monthly close, forecasting, and reporting processes across multiple business units; define KPIs that measure financial and operational performance

• Maintain financial models and analysis to evaluate and support growth initiatives

This may be a fit if you have: 

• BA in Accounting with 5+ years experience

• Experience with financial reporting across multiple business units and legal entities

• Excellent experience with Excel

• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills

• Healthcare experience preferred

• Startup experience highly preferred
