Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred. Willing to consider someone in pursuit of a degree with strong experience.
- Ability to work independently making decisions that affect financial reporting and cash management.
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or construction accounting environments.
- Strong AP/AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting knowledge.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or comparable ERP systems.
- Advanced attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or strong relevant experience while pursuing a degree
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or construction accounting environments
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting
