Investigate and resolve payroll-related accounting discrepancies and ensure accurate recording within the general ledger.

Review staff-prepared journal entries and account reconciliations, assist with issue resolution, and support the continued development of team members. Establish clear ownership, deadlines, and accountability across the monthly close process. As the role develops, share responsibility with the Controller for the management, coaching, and development of junior-level accounting staff.
